We also collect standard technical information when you browse this site, such as page views and referring URLs, for the purpose of understanding which content is useful.

How we use it

• To assess your situation and advise on the correct assessment pathway.
• To prepare the report you have engaged us to write.
• To communicate with you about your project.
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Confidentiality of your project material

Your project details, employer names and technical content are treated as confidential. They are never reused in another client's report, never published as a sample on this or any other website, and are accessible only to the writer and reviewer assigned to your project.

Storage and security

Documents are stored on access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for your project and for our record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your documents once your project is complete.

Third-party services

We use professional text-matching software to produce the plagiarism reports included with our services. Where a passage of your draft is submitted to such a service, it is submitted for checking only. We may also use standard website analytics and email delivery providers.

Your rights
